- Consulting career spanning over 25 years, including 9 years with IBM and EDS, self-employed since 2005
- Acquired hands-on experience in all stages of the software development life cycle
- Participated in agile software development since 2006, became a certified Scrum Master in 2007
- Engaged in business development for a software firm, incl. marketing, sales, and account management
- Skilled outsourcing professional, closely involved in offshoring to India and nearshoring to Romania
- Led cross-cultural and virtual teams with members based in Europe, India, and Australia
- Coached teams of 15 individuals using English, French, or Dutch as the working language
- Worked with large international corporations as well as small entrepreneurial ventures
- Implemented organizational change using the ADKAR framework to manage the human aspect of change
- Served as Change Champion for the adoption of Holacracy to foster a purpose-driven organization
- Enthusiastic about international assignments, having worked in India for 1 year and in London for 9 months
