Skilled outsourcing professional, closely involved in offshoring to India and nearshoring to Romania
Led cross-cultural and virtual teams with members based in Europe, India, and Australia
Coached teams of 15 individuals using English, French, or Dutch as the working language
Worked with large international corporations as well as small entrepreneurial ventures
Implemented organizational change using the ADKAR framework to manage the human aspect of change
Served as Change Champion for the adoption of Holacracy to foster a purpose-driven organization
Enthusiastic about international assignments, having worked in India for 1 year and in London for 9 months
