My homepage provides an overview of my skills and competences, outlines my educational accomplishments, and describes my professional experience. This site is a marketing tool, to present my services to customers and to explain how I differentiate myself as an Interim Manager in the marketplace.

In a Nutshell
- Consulting career spanning 25+ years, worked 9 years for IBM & EDS, self-employed since 2005
- Gained hands-on experience in every phase of the software development life cycle
- Involved in agile software development since 2006, became certified Scrum Master in 2007
- Performed business development for a software company, incl. marketing, sales, account management
- Experienced outsourcing professional, closely involved in offshoring to India and nearshoring to Romania
- Led cross-cultural teams and virtual teams whereby employees were based in Europe, India, and Australia
- Coached teams of 15 people using English, French, or Dutch as the working language
- Worked for large international corporations and for small entrepreneurial businesses
- Delivered organizational change using the ADKAR-framework to manage the people side of change
- Acted as Change Champion for the implementation of Holacracy to build a purpose-focused organization
- Motivated to work on international assignments, worked in India for 1 year and in London for 9 months
