Agfa	Program Manager Carve-out. Led the IT carve-out of Agfa's Offset Printing business unit, impacting 1.800 employees across 110 sites. Established ECO3 as a functional stand-alone entity owned by venture capital firm Aurelius while ensuring operational continuity, transitioned remaining carve-out activities to ECO3 in May 2025.

Performed requirements analysis and managed the solution design phase of a software development project, employed Proximus waterfall methodology but applied agile principles where possible, managed a core team of 15 people, performed stakeholder management in a highly charged political environment.

Managed the development team for the department Non-Life Insurance, a group of 15 Cobol and .Net professionals incl. analysts, developers, and project managers, performed people management, provided guidance on project management best practices (Prince2), assumed overall responsibility for the team's portfolio of projects.
